FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Every answer is drawn from the rules actually applied to your account.
Are the trading accounts real?

No. Challenge accounts and funded accounts are simulated trading accounts, funded with fictitious money. No real capital is entrusted to you, and challenge fees are neither a deposit nor an investment.

How does the 2-Phase Challenge work?

Phase 1: reach 8% profit in at least 3 trading days; Phase 2: reach 5% profit in at least 3 trading days. The target is met when the balance (closed positions) reaches it, with no open position. Once you pass the phases without breaking any rule, you receive a funded account.

How does the 1-Phase Challenge work?

Single phase: reach 10% profit in at least 3 trading days. The target is met when the balance (closed positions) reaches it, with no open position. Once you pass the phase without breaking any rule, you receive a funded account.

What is the maximum daily loss?

2-Phase Challenge: 6% of the initial balance. 1-Phase Challenge: 5% of the initial balance. It is calculated from the account balance at the start of the day. The day resets at midnight (Europe/Paris time zone). Open positions (equity) are taken into account.

What is the maximum loss?

2-Phase Challenge: 12% of the initial balance, not trailing your gains (on €10,000, equity must never fall below €8,800). 1-Phase Challenge: 10% of the initial balance, not trailing your gains (on €10,000, equity must never fall below €9,000).

What counts as a trading day, and is there a time limit?

A trading day is a day (Paris time) on which at least one position was opened. There is no maximum duration. An account with no position opened for 30 days fails for inactivity.

What happens if I break a rule?

Breaching a loss limit or inactivity means the account fails permanently. Every violation is recorded with the observed value, the applicable limit and the timestamp, and remains visible in your dashboard.

Can I use trading robots (EAs)?

Yes. Abusive practices remain prohibited: exploiting latency or pricing errors, high-frequency trading, copying trades between accounts, and cross-account hedging.

Can I trade during economic news and hold positions over the weekend?

News: allowed during the challenge; on funded accounts, gains from trades opened or closed within 2 minutes before or after a high-impact release are excluded from payouts. Weekends: allowed.

When and how are payouts made?

On a funded account, you can request your first payout 14 days after your first trade, then every 14 days, from €100. You receive 90% of the profits. When you request a payout, the profit is withdrawn from the account balance; each request is then reviewed (rule compliance, mandatory identity verification) before approval. Paid by bank transfer (IBAN) or in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20 networks).

Is there a consistency rule?

Only on funded accounts: when you request a payout, your best day must not account for more than 45% of the period's profits. Otherwise the payout is deferred while you trade more; the account does not fail.

Are challenge fees refunded?

No, challenge fees are not refunded with payouts.

How many accounts can I hold?

As many as you like, up to €1,000,000 of combined capital per trader (active accounts and pending payments).

Which platform and instruments can I trade?

Our own web trading platform, straight from your browser with nothing to install: live charts, market and pending orders, stop loss and take profit. Markets available: forex pairs, metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) and major cryptocurrencies against the US dollar. The full list of instruments is shown in the terminal.
