Partner programme terms

Membership and status

The programme is open, after approval by our team, to adults who do not reside in an excluded country. The partner acts fully independently: they are neither an employee nor an agent of T And T Digital Commerce FZ-LLC, and may not make any commitment on its behalf.

Remuneration

The partner earns a commission on the amount actually paid (after discount) by the customers they refer, at the rate shown in their partner area (10% by default).

Attribution: a customer is attributed to the partner if they enter the partner's code at purchase, if they arrive through the partner's link within the 30 days before the purchase (referral cookie, set with the visitor's consent; the last link used prevails), or if they were referred by the partner within the last 12 months. Purchases for oneself do not give rise to any commission.

A commission becomes payable 30 days after the purchase. A refund reduces it; a payment dispute cancels it, including after payment (deducted from subsequent payments).

Payments

The partner requests payment of their available balance from €50, after verification of their identity. They are solely responsible for declaring their income and for their tax and social security obligations in their country.

Communication and transparency

The partner clearly discloses the commercial nature of each piece of promotional content, for its entire duration and in all formats (in France: the mention “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale”, Law no. 2023-451).

The partner presents the service as what it is: an evaluation on simulated accounts. The partner never presents the accounts as real, never speaks of “entrusted capital”, investment or returns, promises no gains, never invents or alters any result, and only uses figures taken from the published rules.

The partner does not promote any financial product (CFDs, real forex, crypto-assets or crypto-asset services) in connection with the programme.

Prohibited practices

The following are prohibited: self-referral, buying keywords containing the brand, sending unsolicited messages (spam), creating fake reviews, impersonating the company or its brand, and any misleading communication.

Suspension and termination of the partnership

In the event of a breach, the partnership may be suspended and then terminated, after written notice and an opportunity to submit observations; commissions linked to the breach are cancelled. Either party may end the partnership at any time; commissions due and already payable remain paid.
