Refund policy

Withdrawal within 14 days

You may withdraw for 14 days after the purchase, using the “Withdraw from contract here” button on the Orders page of your dashboard (then “Confirm withdrawal”), or by email to [email protected]. A time-stamped acknowledgment of receipt is sent to you immediately by email.

No position opened on the account: full refund.

Trading started, phase in progress: refund of the price reduced by an amount proportionate to the service provided, calculated pro rata to the days elapsed since the account was created over a reference period of 30 days.

Phase ended (passed or failed): the service has been fully performed; the right of withdrawal no longer applies, which you expressly acknowledged when purchasing.

Other refund cases

Account not created or service impossible to provide through our fault: full refund.

End of the service decided by us without fault on your part: refund of the part of the service not provided.

Payment of an incorrect amount or received after the order expired: the order is reviewed by our team, then validated or refunded.

How refunds are made

The refund is made no later than 14 days after the withdrawal or the decision, for the amount paid in euros, using the payment method used: for a cryptocurrency payment, to an address held in your name, in the same asset and on the same network. The network fees of the refund are borne by us.

Refunding a challenge closes the corresponding simulated accounts.
